Services for Therapists

At BW, we support those who spend their lives supporting others.

Therapists are expected to remain regulated, insightful, and emotionally available—often without adequate space to process the cumulative impact of the work. BW provides therapy and consultation specifically for therapists and helping professionals seeking depth, clarity, and long-term sustainability in both their personal and professional lives.
This is not performative self-care. This is a space for honest processing, nervous system restoration, and the development of a grounded, integrated clinical identity.

This Space Is for Therapists Who:
    •    Feel burned out, emotionally depleted, or disconnected
    •    Carry client material beyond sessions and struggle to disengage
    •    Experience persistent self-doubt, overthinking, or harsh self-criticism
    •    Navigate vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, or ethical strain
    •    Appear highly capable while feeling internally overwhelmed
    •    Want to feel more regulated, confident, and present in their work and lives

How BW Works With Therapists
Our work is attachment-informed, trauma-aware, and insight-oriented, while remaining practical and embodied. Sessions emphasize integration—linking emotional insight with lived experience—because therapists rarely need more theory; they need space to metabolize what they already carry.

Areas of focus may include:
    •    Burnout recovery and prevention
    •    Vicarious trauma and secondary stress
    •    Imposter syndrome and shame resilience
    •    Boundary development across clinical, organizational, and relational systems
    •    ADHD-informed support for overthinking and overwhelm
    •    Therapist identity, confidence, and clinical self-trust
    •    Nervous system regulation within high-responsibility roles

Services
Individual Therapy for Therapists
Therapy designed specifically for clinicians. This work centers you—not your role, output, or professional performance. Well-suited for therapists navigating burnout, anxiety, relational patterns, identity transitions, grief, or significant life shifts.

Therapist Consultation
A collaborative, reflective space for therapists seeking support with clinical work and professional stressors.

Consultation may include:

    •    Case conceptualization and clinical stuck points
    •    Countertransference and the emotional impact of the work
    •    Boundary challenges and ethical complexity
    •    Strengthening clinical confidence and self-trust

Consultation is not supervision and does not replace required licensure supervision.

The BW Approach
At BW, therapists are not expected to be polished or “high-functioning.” Sessions are direct, emotionally attuned, and grounded in reality. The goal is not optimization—it is capacity, clarity, and regulation.
This work supports therapists in showing up more present in sessions, more connected in their lives, and more aligned with their values.
