These Terms & Conditions (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Bold Within Inc. (“Bold Within,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website(s), mobile apps, platform, and other offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms (and any updates). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

• Acceptance: By registering for or using the Services, you accept and agree to these Terms and any policies we reference (including our Privacy Policy).

• Scope: Bold Within provides a digital platform that may facilitate coaching, counseling, and supportive services. We are not a medical provider unless explicitly stated.
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee outcomes or results from services or recommendations.
• Limitations: The Services are not a substitute for in-person care in emergencies. If you are in crisis, call local emergency services (e.g., 911 in the U.S.).
• Appropriate Use: You agree not to use the Services to harass, defame, spam, disrupt, hack, reverse-engineer, or violate any laws or intellectual property rights.

4. Payment, Fees & Billing

• Subscriptions: Some features may require payment or subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees.
• Renewal: Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing cycle. Refunds are subject to our policies.
• Non-payment: Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Disclaimers, Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• “As Is” Basis: The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• No Medical Advice: The Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions. Always consult a qualified professional.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bold Within’s total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the past 12 months or $1,000 USD.
• Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bold Within, its officers, employees, and affiliates against claims arising from your use of the Services or violations of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All website content, software, and design are owned by Bold Within or its licensors.
• User License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written consent.
• Feedback: If you submit ideas or suggestions, you grant us a royalty-free right to use them.
