Johanna Jimenez

Johanna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to children, families, and adults. Since beginning her work in 2015, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals heal from trauma and navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, grief, and complex family dynamics.

As Clinical Director, Johanna leads with empathy, clinical excellence, and a deep commitment to fostering growth within both clients and clinicians. She is trained in EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, CBT, and Seeking Safety, integrating these modalities to meet each client’s unique needs.

In addition to her direct clinical work, Johanna, has served as a Clinical Supervisor for several years, providing mentorship and guidance to developing therapists. Her approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and rooted in the belief that connection, compassion, and resilience are the foundations for meaningful, lasting change.
